Joyful spaces. Real friendship. A place to belong.
Lighthouse Family Group brings children on the autism spectrum and their families together for welcoming recreation, shared experiences, and a community that understands.
Through their eyes, a brighter community.
Lighthouse Family Group makes sure no Sacramento County family of a child on the autism spectrum walks alone — creating joyful gatherings, inclusive recreation, and community spaces where children ages 6–16 are celebrated for who they are, and their families find belonging, support, and hope.
We see more than a diagnosis.
Every child arrives with their own way of seeing the world — and we think that's something to celebrate, not fix. At Lighthouse, kids are known by their name, their laugh, and what lights them up.
And parents? You're not navigating this by yourself anymore. Here you'll find other families who simply get it — the victories, the hard days, and everything in between.
